Tırsan Continues Digitalization Projects With Felece Technology

Tırsan, which has been the leader of the Turkish road transport sector for 42 years since 1977, is the solution partner that offers Europe's widest product range and steers the sector in more than 55 countries with its after-sales services and continuous R&D working.

Offering innovative products and services to increase the competitiveness of its customers, Tırsan will implement the "Customer Relationship Management" project, which it has commissioned to convey better and improved experiences to its business partners, under the expertise of Felece Teknoloji.

Speaking at the project opening meeting, Tırsan Treyler Board Chairman Çetin Nuhoğlu said, “Thanks to software solutions, we can define our business processes, assign appropriate roles and tasks to these business processes, and then make the necessary arrangements. When a new business process, a new task or a department is defined, we can easily integrate these innovations into the existing structure. Today, we can monitor all processes of our factories in four different locations in Adapazarı, Russia and Germany via the SAP system. We are working to make Tırsan more competitive and move forward. We have been doing our job in the best way for 42 years and we will continue to do so. This project is one of the important indicators of this approach. I have full confidence in the team established for the project. I have full confidence that the Customer Relationship Management Project will be implemented very successfully.”
