Eczacıbaşı Building Products achieved a digital transformation in customer experience with the Vitramax project!

Eczacıbaşı Building Products successfully digitized the customer experience with its SAP C/4HANA solutions.

Providing three quarters of its turnover from more than 75 countries, Eczacıbaşı Bulding Products holds the market leadership in Turkey with the widest product range, production and sales network in its sector. Realizing more than half of Turkey's ceramic sanitary ware exports alone, EYAP has started using SAP C/4HANA solutions to manage customer experience. The digital transformation project called Vitramax, implemented under the consultancy of SAP Gold Partner Felece, reinforced EYAP's leading position in the sector by moving all customer experience business processes to the cloud environment and digitizing it. With the project, which also includes solutions developed by Felece, Eczacıbaşı Yapı Gereçleri started to offer a 360-degree customer experience by collecting customer data on a single platform.
