İzocam Moved ERP and B2B Commercial Business Processes to Global Standards with Next Generation SAP Solutions

Izocam, the leading company in the insulation industry, completed the transition to SAP S/4HANA ERP and C/4HANA Commerce Cloud with the consultancy of our expert team.

We have moved the ERP and B2B business processes of Izocam, which has been leading the insulation industry in Turkey since 1965, to high-performance new generation SAP platforms with two critical projects we carried out simultaneously.

Wanting to improve its business processes with global standards, Izocam decided to switch to the SAP S/4HANA ERP platform with the aim of facilitating data access and standardization throughout the organization. The modules to be used on this platform, which provides performance and efficiency in business processes with SAP's unique in-memory architecture, were determined under the consultancy of Felece and put into live use successfully.

For Izocam, which works with different business partners in different locations from production to distribution, it was of great importance that a single version of the data be used effectively throughout the organization. In addition, establishing a common language throughout the company and operating the reports on the same platform were among the important needs.

Efficiency in production and sales

Within the scope of the SAP S4/HANA ERP Project, which we started to meet the needs of Izocam in the best way, we integrated the indispensable modules of enterprise resource planning such as cost accounting, production planning, material management, sales and distribution, quality management, project management.

With the project that we put into live use as of the beginning of 2020, Izocam supported its efficiency in business processes with high performance. Thanks to the common language created throughout the institution, reporting and data usage were set to standards. Moreover, collaborations with third parties in different processes have become much more controlled. While Izocam improved its sales process with S/4HANA, it also witnessed an increase in productivity in product planning.

Izocam welcomed 2020 with faster and more convenient B2B processes.

Izocam also pressed the button for Commerce Cloud, one of the SAP C/4HANA solutions, to improve B2B processes simultaneously with the SAP S/4HANA ERP Project in 2019. In Izocam, which wants to carry the B2B processes that they have been running with their own software for nearly eight years, to the modern structure of SAP's customer experience (CX) platform, SAP C/4HANA, the SAP Commerce Cloud solution has been implemented in integration with SAP S/4HANA.

Within the scope of the project that we have been consulting as Felece Teknoloji, it was aimed to completely renew the sales structure used by İzocam before and to reduce the delivery times.
